The PRC is committed to providing high quality recreational and leisure activities for the community, in cooperation with the City of Paola and USD 368, to improve the quality of life for the community. 

We want to promote a strong sense of community and enrich lives through developing, providing, and maintaining quality recreational programs and facilities.
